Master Aaron Crawford

As an athlete, Master Crawford was a three time U.S. Open (International) silver medalist and earned 14 national medals, including five national gold medals, making him one of the top taekwondo athletes over a two decade span. In the 90’s, Master Crawford was awarded the “Presidential Sports Award” by President Clinton for his accomplishments in taekwondo and appeared on Good Morning Texas, Good Morning America, and various television commercials. In the early 2000’s, Master Crawford was awarded the “Military Order of the Purple Heart” for his leadership and patriotism outside of the sport.
With over 30 years of Taekwondo experience both practicing and teaching, coupled with a degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Master Crawford has a tremendous advantage when working with both young athletes and adults. His World Taekwondo Federation (Kukkiwon) certified 6th degree Black Belt is recognized worldwide.
As a coach, Master Crawford has produced many State, Regional, and National Champion students. Master Crawford has always taken pride in helping his students reach their goals. In 2014, Master Crawford coached Mrs. Cody Crawford to her goal of becoming a member of the 2015 AAU United States National Team.
By developing and instilling positive characteristics in his students, Master Crawford works to help his students realize their full potential both inside and outside of Taekwondo.

Along with being a three time national gold medalist, Mrs. Cody Crawford realized her dream of representing the United States when she became a member of the 2015 AAU United States National Team.
Still currently competing in both national and international level competitions, Mrs. Crawford also enjoys helping young athletes and adults reach their goals. Her degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington and working as a Physical Therapy tech in Forney during the day, Mrs. Crawford provides the most up-to-date training techniques for both injury prevention and top level conditioning, giving Forney Taekwondo the edge in taekwondo training.
